A lot of girls ask me how to polish their nails in a new way. There are a lot of nail polish brands that offer various top-coat products, but the problem is "What to wear when?" 

I am attaching my top ten fancy nail polish ideas for 2013, hope you learn a lot from them. My basic tip for these nail painting jobs is that. First apply your base coat. Let it dry, then apply a thin layer of your favorite color, wait for few seconds to dry. Then apply another thin coat of the same color, let it dry completely. Last but not the least, apply the top coat. Top coat usually come with glitter, star dust, shapes (heart, stars, lips, cupid, etc.), shimmers, shiners and gloss.

Use tweezers to arrange shapes properly when needed. As this kind of nail polish job is not usual, crazy of course :) So only girls with makeup and fashion craze attempt. Sometimes personal assistance is needed, esp. when applying layers on right hand (right handed girls).

Tip: Thick coats chip and come off too soon, takes longer to dry up. Always apply thin coats, they stay longer and dry faster and do not chip.
